We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualify Mental Health Care Professional or a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to provide therapeutic counseling services in a facility setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting children, families, and staff through evidence-based interventions and personalized support.
· Provides skills building training and targeted case management services in person to individuals in a facility using treatment plans and evidenced based practices.
· Maintains client’s documentation including progress notes
· Provides daily support, crisis management and planning, and care coordination for clients.
· Work with clients to address their specific needs and challenges and utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes.
· Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress.
· Knowledge of crisis management strategies and ability to respond effectively in high-stress situations - Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
· Collaborate with facility staff and administrators to develop individualized support plans for clients.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Job Type: Full-time – In-person - 1099
Pay: $28 to $35 per hour (based on qualification)
Expected hours: 40 to 50 hrs. per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday / Weekends as needed
